Job summary

Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest dental products manufacturer, seeks a Major Accounts Manager to introduce its full product portfolio to major accounts, insurers and large chains in Spain. You will safeguard the company’s image and ensure exceptional logistical and commercial support for assigned accounts while maximizing revenue across product groups.

The role requires sales experience, a university degree, and willingness to travel; English is desirable.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in healthcare or dental sectors is advantageous.
• University degree in business, law, or health sciences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage decision-makers at major accounts (Purchasing Directors, Medical Directors).
• Develop and execute account plans with Marketing/Sales.
• Secure tenders and prepare commercial proposals.
• Coordinate implementation of awarded tenders with cross-functional teams.
• Define KPIs for sales growth in the DSO segment and monitor progress.
• Stay informed on competitor products and industry developments.
• Maintain ongoing contact with key decision-makers and travel as needed.
