TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking an Inventory Planner to strengthen vendor relationships and optimize stock levels. You will manage weekly purchasing to meet customer demand within budgets, forecast inventory with month-end insights, and monitor sales to adjust stock appropriately.

You will also maintain SAP-based price lists and provide reconciliations to support accurate inventory valuation. The role requires proactive planning, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally

Formación

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement across vendors and internal teams.
• Proven ability to forecast demand and develop inventory plans aligning with budgets.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize stock availability through weekly purchasing to meet demand within inventory budgets.
• Provide weekly forecasts to management with month-end views on inventory and costs.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and adjust stock to stay within budgets.
• Maintain vendor price lists and ensure inventory valuation accuracy (SAP).
• Produce weekly financial reconciliations (price changes, depreciation).
• Develop and review quarterly vendor plans with the Business Manager to optimise stock profiles.
