TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking an IPP Analyst support professional to maintain and strengthen trading relationships with vendors and Product Marketing, ensuring competitive advantage through inventory planning and procurement.

The role involves placing orders, back-to-back procurement, direct ship PO management, and ensuring accuracy in SAP, aiming for optimal stock availability and cost control.

Formación

• Ability to organise and prioritise daily routine to support a rapidly changing environment.
• Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and inventory replenishment systems (SAP R3) would be advantageous.
• Commercial and financial acumen - to balance inventory value and recovery margin.
• Good analytical skills - to analyse data and take appropriate action.

Responsabilidades

• Placing orders based on profiles produced by the IPP Analyst team with logistics considerations.
• Back to back ordering of products with no established run rate.
• Place direct ship purchase orders on vendors and verify order confirmations.
• Ensure all purchase orders are within authorised sign-off limits.
• Check vendor confirmations and update SAP accordingly.
• Expedite open orders to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure due date accuracy in SAP.
• Assist IPP Analyst team with vendor price changes in SAP.
• Stock rotation and returns processes per policy.
