Agilent Technologies in Barcelona, Spain, seeks an experienced Demand Planner focused on CMR/HDX channels within Integrated Business Planning (IBP). You will forecast, coordinate demand reviews, and collaborate with a data scientist to improve forecast accuracy while aligning with sales, marketing, and finance.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, conducting demand reviews, and analyzing historical sales trends to guide long-term plans.

Formación

• This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, or finance; forecasting or planning is a plus.
• Strong executive presence and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication with management at multiple levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Demand Forecasts using IBP data scientist modeling and market input.
• Coordinate Demand Reviews with sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Execute Demand Planning to ensure effective forecasting.
• Analyze historical sales trends and forecast results to inform planning.
• Perform root cause analysis of forecast accuracy and bias.
• Derive consolidated forecasts for unconstrained demand.
• Evaluate IBP deviations and discuss impacts on the current plan.
• Facilitate best practices and build consensus among functional experts.
• Drive improvement actions and develop a stakeholder communication plan.
• Monitor forecast consumption and plan attainment against goals.
