Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management in the Barcelona area.

You will coach line managers, support successors, and develop the talent pipeline while navigating Spanish labor law and regulatory requirements. As part of the HR team, you will partner across HR functions to deliver value-added services that reflect business goals, improve engagement and drive workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Educational background requirements as above: HR degree; labor law a plus; MSc in HRM appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with respective business units and act as advisor for HR guidance.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements.
