ADP Barcelona is seeking a Business Consultant to understand customer needs and align them with France Product and Service offerings. You will support the France Sales team through the sales process and guide clients through proof of concept to implementation.

You will develop effective sales strategies, analyze competitors, and act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, working with Product, Operations, and Customer Services to deliver Payroll and HR services.

Formación

• 3+ years of effective experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent French; English mandatory.
• Strong client advisory and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer needs and align with France Product offerings.
• Guide Customers through the proof of concept and transition to Implementation & Service teams.
• Develop effective Sales strategies with France Sales force and analyze competitors' actions.
