Job summary

HP is seeking a Country HR Partner in Spain to lead relationships with senior business stakeholders and drive the execution of HR programs across the organization. You will apply Spanish labor law, collaborate with ER/Legal teams, and guide country-wide HR transformation initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in HR functions, strong project management, and the ability to partner with managers to deliver HR solutions in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Labor Relations, or a related field; equivalent professional experience in labor law and employee relations will also be considered.
• 5–10 years of experience in multiple HR functions and/or a generalist role.
• Experience implementing and adapting locally global HR programs; partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers at the top of the business, unit, or function.
• Uses extensive business knowledge to drive HR program execution.
• Engages in strategic business planning to ensure HR impact and successful implementation.
• Interacts with Works Councils and employee representatives to align with local labor regulations.
• Apply Spanish labor legislation in day-to-day HR practices.
• Collaborate with legal and ER experts to ensure compliance with collective agreements.
• Contributes to change management strategies supporting HR programs.
• Manages HR programs within the business or function.
• Represents business needs in the country to align HR and business plans.
• Leads priority projects supporting organization-wide transformation initiatives.
• Identifies needs for new or improved HR processes and drives development.
• Collaborates with senior centers of expertise to allocate HR resources.
