Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Barcelona seeks a Business Consultant with strong HRIS/Payroll expertise to align customer needs with the ADP portfolio, and to drive pre-sales activities and implementation collaboration. French and English fluency are required, with a client-focused, multi-stakeholder communication approach.

You will engage in demos, RFI/RFP responses, and strategic sales support, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Services teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of effective experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll.
• Expertise in understanding Human Resources Information System, architectures, and technologies and comprehensive HR and Payroll activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Native French language
• Fluency in English is mandatory; multi-lingual can be an advantage,
• Informative, well-organized presentations
• Know-how in communicating difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Team player, good listener and capacity to be Client advisor
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures, skills, and techniques.
• Aptitude to ensure the timely delivery of critical information to internal analysis teams, sponsors, customers, and other interested parties and to prioritize work.
• Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and aligning Customer needs with the ADP portfolio.
• Communicating at different audiences’ levels and adjusting the content to meet needs.
• Assisting in HR transformation discussions with prospects and performing business case analysis.
• Delivering expertise on Payroll & HR Services and on technical aspects.
• Performing demos and participating in Marketing events.
• Answering RFI/RFP documents and coordinating responses.
• Preparing and delivering Sales presentations by demonstrating value.
• Working closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Customer Services.
• Keeping up to date with product developments.
• Contributing to updating our demo platform.
