Dauch Corporation is seeking an HR Manager to join the Zumaia and Legazpi plants, partnering with leadership to align people and business priorities. You will drive employee engagement, labor relations, and talent processes while ensuring compliance with Spanish law and company policies.

The role requires leading cross-site HR operations, managing performance, development, and change initiatives to support operational excellence and a high-performance culture.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or related field; Masters preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience in industrial/manufacturing environment; multi-site experience desirable.
  • Experience managing employee and labor relations in a unionized environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and collective bargaining processes.
  • Experience leading organizational change and transformation projects.
  • Leadership competences: strategic thinking, business acumen, decision making, influencing Senior Leadership.
  • Fluency in Basque, Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

  • Strategic HR business partner to plant leadership; align people and business strategies.
  • Act as trusted advisor to Zumaia and Legazpi Plant Leadership Teams; provide people insights.
  • Lead labor relations with Works Councils, Trade Unions and employee representatives; manage negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and company policies; oversee disciplinary processes.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, development and succession planning.
  • Lead performance management, calibration and coaching for leadership.
  • Support compensation and benefits programs; ensure market competitiveness and equity.
  • Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, and HR analytics; report insights.
  • Drive organizational change and transformation programs; manage communication and stakeholder engagement.
