Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a senior human resources partner to shape and execute people strategies across client groups and regions. You will advise senior leaders, drive organizational capability, and help build an engaged, high-performing team.

You will lead HR programs with COEs, analyze workforce trends, participate in talent selection, and ensure competitive offers while maintaining regulatory compliance and a strong people-first culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 12 years HR experience.
• Master's Degree or equivalent with 10 years HR experience.

Aufgaben

• Act as strategic thought partner for assigned client groups, countries and/or regions to develop and implement HR strategy to achieve its current and future business objectives.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies and actions to build organizational capabilities and an engaged and high-performing organization.
• Lead or partner with COEs to deliver HR programs for client groups to ensure the organization's current and future talent requirements are met.
• Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.
• Analyze trends and metrics to identify training needs or executive coaching needs and develop solutions with COEs or Shared Service groups.
• Participate in the interview/selection of talent and perform compensation analysis to drive competitive offers.
• Other incidental duties.
