Signify, formerly Philips Lighting, seeks an HR Advisory partner in Madrid to provide specialized guidance to line managers on HR policies and practices. You will support complex employee relations, compliance, and offboarding, while assisting with payroll, benefits, and analytics.

With 3–5 years in HR advisory roles, you will work within a global organization, contributing to policy improvements and standardization alongside HR Services and the Center of Excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR advisory roles focusing on employee relations, policies, and legal compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provides specialized advice to line managers on HR management processes and policies.
• Advises on people management issues, complex HR processes, offboarding and legal boundaries.
• Supports managers with illness, absence, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
• Manages complex employee contracting, compliance and ethics cases.
• Applies reward policies, payroll, and benefit management.
• Handles reporting and analytics.
• Supports HRBP's with HR interventions and data handling.
• Escalates and coordinates resolution of complex individual employee matters.
