WSP in Madrid, Santander or Valladolid is seeking an experienced HR Labour Specialist to support our People Team. You will advise on labour relations, employment law and compliance across Spain in a collaborative, international environment.

You will work with HR Partners, managers and legal advisors to shape employment practices, manage complex cases and drive strategic people initiatives within a leading engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10–15 years of experience in labour relations or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising managers on labour matters.

Responsabilités

• Provide internal employment law advice to HR Business Partners, managers and the business on interpretation and application of employment legislation and policies.
• Advise on recruitment, mobility, terminations, restructurings and related employment matters; coordinate with HR, Legal and Compliance.
• Coordinate international recruitment processes requiring residence/work authorisations and immigration requirements; liaise with external providers as needed.
