ERM is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for Iberia (Spain & Portugal) to partner with managers and employees across Spain and Portugal. You will advise on employment law, policies, and employee relations, while supporting regional HR, Legal, and leadership in a dynamic, international setting.

The role is based in Madrid or Barcelona with a flexible hybrid working model, requiring fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations role.
• Strong working knowledge of Spanish employment law; knowledge of Portuguese employment law is highly desirable.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising managers.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a regional HR team.
• Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across Spain and Portugal.
• Manage employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances, absence management, flexible working requests, and workplace investigations.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
• Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, consultations, and other workforce projects.
• Partner with managers to address people-related challenges and build leadership capability.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and fair decision-making.
• Work closely with regional HR, Legal, and business stakeholders on complex employee matters.
• Support annual HR processes including performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor legislative developments and provide guidance on their impact to the business.
