Boston Scientific in Madrid is seeking a seasoned Product Manager, Strategic Marketing Endourology EMEA to lead long‑term franchise strategy, portfolio prioritization and market expansion across EMEA. You will partner with global and regional teams to develop business cases, translate customer and market insights into strategic options, and support launches while balancing growth with patient impact.

The role requires 7–10+ years of PM experience, fluency in English, and the willingness to

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
7-10+ years of product management experience in the Medical Device industry (asset).
Fluency in English required; additional European language preferred.
Willingness to travel around 50%.

Responsabilidades

Define long-term strategic direction for the Endourology franchise across EMEA.
Develop data-driven portfolio prioritization and market expansion recommendations.
Translate market insights into strategic options for EMEA and Global leadership.
Collaborate with Product Managers across related domains to align priorities and launches.
Provide strategic input to those owning final launch materials and country execution.
