Boston Scientific is seeking a Product Manager, Strategic Marketing Endourology EMEA to shape the long-term strategy for the Endourology franchise across the EMEA region. You will develop data-driven portfolio and market expansion recommendations while partnering with cross-functional teams to influence priorities and ensure successful launches.

The role requires 7–10+ years in product management, fluency in English, and the ability to work in a matrixed organization.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent required.
7–10+ years of product management experience preferred in Medical Device industry.
Fluency in English required; additional European language a plus.
Willingness to travel ~50% as part of the role.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

Define long-term strategic direction of Endourology franchise across EMEA.
Develop data-driven portfolio prioritization and market expansion recommendations.
Translate insights into strategic options for EMEA and Global leadership.
