Boston Scientific seeks a Remote Sales professional based in Madrid with up to two years in commercial roles. You will manage a defined territory, contacting customers via phone and digital channels to promote products and meet targets, while coordinating with field managers as needed.

Applicants should be native in Spanish with strong English, ready to travel within the territory, and eager to develop in a high-performing, international team.

Formación

• Entry-level to max 2 years’ experience in commercial roles such as Remote Sales/Telesales, Inside Sales, or field account management.
• Spanish language (native) and good level of English spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory for face-to-face visits and relationship-building.
• Experience in Life Sciences industry is a plus.
• Ability to leverage sales methodology, deal making, and negotiation skills within internal processes.
• Good communication, both verbal and written, and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for a defined territory with Boston Scientific customers, delivering remote channel contacts to identify business opportunities.
• Set strategy and execution plan with Endoscopy and Remote sales management.
• Proactively contact assigned customers via phone and digital channels to promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Develop as a Remote Sales Rep by acquiring selling techniques and CRM proficiency.
• Record progress and plan next steps in Salesforce and coordinate with field managers when needed.
