HBX Group seeks a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leaders to develop materials for executive decisions at board and investor levels.

Define long-term vision and strategic pillars based on market insights, competitive landscape, and cross-functional input; ideal candidates bring strategy consulting experience and operate in fast-moving environments with strong storytelling and leadership.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles within international organizations.
• Full professional proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities in fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor with market, profitability analysis, and business-case experience.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative and influential, able to manage multiple priorities.
