Rover in Barcelona is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to build and maintain forecasting models for international revenue and to influence central teams.

You will partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Product, monitor forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and present concise, data-driven insights to leadership. The role blends financial rigor with strategic thinking in a fast-growing tech company that values flexibility and cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• BS/MS or equivalent in Economics, Business, Math or Statistics.
• 5+ years FP&A with forecasting focus.
• Proven track record of complex financial models.
• Experience with user retention modeling and cohort analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence leadership.
• SQL experience required; Python a plus.
• Experience in a tech/ marketplace company is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain forecasting models for international revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics and Product to gather inputs.
• Monitor performance vs forecast and advise on revenue drivers.
• Identify risks and opportunities to meet financial targets.
• Analyze cohorts to understand behaviour and implications for planning.
• Ensure reporting provides clear visibility to performance.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency.
