Wallapop is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting, translating complex data into actionable insights and clear management reports. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making.

Based in Barcelona with a mostly remote setup, the role offers flexible office attendance and visa/relocation support for international candidates.

Formación

• 1–3 years in FP&A, accounting or finance.
• Strong Excel skills for data modeling and variance analysis.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Process improvement mindset with collaborative approach.
• Ability to work with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in monthly closing and P&L ownership to reflect performance.
• Analyze KPIs across P&L, balance sheet and headcount.
• Build and consolidate dashboards for leadership reporting.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations.
