Page Executive in Seville, Spain seeks a Head of FP&A/Controlling Director to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across assets and geographies. You will consolidate inputs, challenge assumptions and deliver clear performance insights to the executive team.

This role partners with development, construction, operations and asset management to align planning with strategy, oversees cash flow, P&L framing, and dashboards using Power BI, ERP systems and automation.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual budget and rolling forecast calendar from guidelines to asset submissions; consolidate inputs from asset, regional and corporate teams; challenge OPEX and CAPEX assumptions.
• Deliver monthly management reports with variance analysis by asset and geography; highlight drivers, risks and opportunities for management attention.
• Refine and maintain the Management P&L and cost framework to ensure comparability across assets and geographies.
• Review cash flow forecasts by asset; update corporate-level cash flows; monitor debt service coverage and covenants; flag risks early. Work with scenarios.
• Collaborate with Value Creation to align budget, rolling forecasts and long-term projections.
• Prepare financial input for presentations to the CEO, shareholders, banks and rating/advisory teams.
• Act as FP&A partner to senior management across development, construction, operations and asset management; challenge assumptions and align planning with operations.
• Coordinate FP&A with regional and country finance teams; ensure consistent methodologies and reporting deadlines.
• Improve FP&A processes and tooling; streamline reporting; strengthen data quality and integration across systems and geographies.
• Lead development of financial analytics, dashboards and BI reporting leveraging ERP systems, Power BI and automation.
