Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in Sevilla. The role leads budget, forecast, consolidation across assets and geographies, and partners with senior management to drive value creation and performance. Strong ERP and BI tooling experience with cross-functional collaboration is essential.

The successful candidate will manage multi-geo FP&A, refine cost frameworks, and support executive decision-making with clear financial storytelling in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

15+ years of FP&A experience, including senior leadership roles.
Experience with multinational companies across geographies or business units.
Proven ability to work with executive management.
Ability to improve financial processes and automation.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budget and rolling forecast calendar from guidelines to asset-level submissions for Exec Committee approval.
Deliver monthly management reports with variance analysis by asset and geography.
Refine and maintain the Management P&L and cost framework across assets/geographies.
Review cash flow forecasts and monitor debt service headroom with scenarios.
