Job summary

Puig is seeking an Experienced Finance Controller for Iberia to drive financial planning, forecasting and performance across the full P&L. You will partner with Commercial, Retail, Marketing and HR to support decisions, challenge performance and provide actionable financial insights for sustainable growth.

Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning; coordinate with regional/global finance and shared services, while maintaining strong internal controls and governance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–8 years experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Controlling.
• Experience as finance business partner to senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of P&L dynamics and cost structures.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and multi-market environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Provide analytical insights across Net Revenue, Gross Profit, A&P and fixed costs.
• Own monthly variance analyses and performance reviews vs budget/forecast.
• Partner with Commercial, Retail, Marketing and HR finance teams.
• Ensure accurate month-end close following IFRS and internal controls.
• Drive finance process standardization and digital initiatives.
