Ogury, a leading global adtech company, seeks a Senior FP&A Corporate Manager to anchor financial decision-making. You will partner with Tech, Data, Product, HR and Finance leaders, embedding with senior execs to sharpen spend and drive credible corporate planning.

As you mature the partnering model, you will own the global budget, reforecast cycles, and the group monthly/quarterly reporting rhythm, balancing strategic rigor with hands-on finance execution.

Formación

• 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance consulting — ideally in SaaS, tech, AdTech, or fintech.
• Corporate FP&A depth: hands-on budgeting/reforecasting, monthly/quarterly cycles and executive-level reporting.
• Business-partner mindset: you influence decisions, not just inform them, and push back on senior stakeholders.
• Modeling and data fluency: build financial models for non-finance stakeholders; Excel required; SQL or BI a plus.
• Clear, structured communication: distil complex analysis into a sharp narrative for executive leadership.
• Proficient English (C1) required

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary finance counterpart to Tech, Data, Product, HR and Finance leaders — challenge assumptions and push ROI-driven decisions.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations, not just reports.
• Support partners' strategic initiatives from business case to delivery.
• Lead the shift of reporting, dashboards, and forecasting to AI agents and internal tooling.
• Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting processes with close collaboration.
• Own the annual budget and reforecast cycles, ensuring alignment to targets and long-term strategies.
• Drive FP&A systems and automation, identify improvements and lead AI-driven tool implementation.
