Ogury is seeking a Senior FP&A Corporate Manager to sit at the center of its financial decision-making. This dual-mandate role starts as the finance business partner to Central Functions (Tech, Data, Product, HR and Finance), embedding with senior leaders to sharpen spend and decision processes.

As credibility grows you will lead corporate-wide budgeting, reforecasting, and the group monthly/quarterly reporting rhythm, while modernizing the finance stack with automation and AI-driven tooling.

Formación

• 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance consulting.
• Experience in SaaS/tech/AdTech/fintech is preferred.
• You influence decisions, not just inform them.
• Advanced Sheets/Excel required; SQL/BI a strong plus.

About the Role

We'rehiring a Senior FP&A Corporate Manager to sit at the center of Ogury's financial decision-making. This is a dual-mandate role. In the first phase, you'll act as the finance business partner to a Central Function (Tech, Data, Product, HRand Finance), embedding with senior leaders to sharpen how the business spends and decides. As you build credibility and the partnering model matures, you'll step up into corporate-wide ownership—leading the global budget and reforecast cycles, and the Group monthly and quarterly reporting rhythm that keeps the company aligned to its strategy.

It's a role for someone who wants both the proximity of partnering and the scope of corporate finance — and who can move between the two without losing rigor.

What you will be doing

Central Function Business Partnering

• Be the primary finance counterpart to Tech, Data, Product, HRand Finance leaders — challenging assumptions,digging into the story behind the spend, and pushing teams toward sharperROI drivendecisions.
• Own the financial view of your scope and translateintodatainto clear actionablerecommendations, not just reports. The output is a betterbusinessdecision, not a cleanerspreadsheet.
• Support your partners' strategic initiatives across the year, from businesscasethrough delivery.
• Lead the shift of reporting, dashboards, and forecasting to AI agents and internal tooling for your scope — freeing your timeto focus on strategicjudgment over manual production.

CorporateFP&AOwnership

• Lead the monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting processes— management reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews — with an active role in the monthly close and close collaboration with the wider FP&A and Finance team.
• Own the annual budget and reforecast cycles, ensuring the operating plan stays aligned to both near-term targets and long-termstrategies.
• Drive the FP&A systems and automation agenda. Assess the current finance tech stack (planning tools,BI..),identifyprocess and system improvements, andleadtheimplementationofmodern,AI-drivenautomationtoolstoeliminate manualeffort and raise data quality.

What you will bring to Ogury

• 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance consulting — ideally in SaaS, tech, AdTech, or fintech.
• Corporate FP&A depth: hands-onexperienceowingbudgeting/reforecasting,monthly/quarterlycyclesand executive-level reporting.
• A business-partner mindset: you influence decisions, not just inform them, and you know how to constructivelypush back on senior stakeholders.
• Modeling and data fluency: you build financial models non-finance stakeholders canuse. Advanced Sheets/Excelrequired; SQLorBIa strong plus.
• Clear, structured communication: you distil complex analysis into a sharp narrative for aexecutive leadership
