Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks a Financial Planning & Strategy Associate to join the Finance Department and work with the FP&A Manager on strategic financial analysis and advising the CEO/Founders & Investors.

You will demonstrate ownership, proactivity, and data-driven decision making in the financial planning and analysis area of a global high-growth business.

Formación

• 2+ years in Transaction Advisory, Consulting or Corporate Finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proactive team player with cross-stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Understand historical financials and KPIs; extract insights.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models for initiatives.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities.
• Analyze group operations to propose internal improvements.
• Define and track group management accounts, market performance, and KPIs.
• Gain knowledge across business areas; advise on growth initiatives.
• Challenge FP&A processes to improve agility and efficiency from day one.
