RavenPack in Marbella is seeking a reliable, bilingual Event Support Assistant to join our events team for Strategy Week. You’ll be the extra pair of hands behind the scenes, welcoming guests, distributing materials, coordinating local transport and solving small issues before they arise.

No prior events experience required; if you’re organized, punctual and people-oriented, we’ll provide training and the resources you need. This role runs November 30th to December 18th.

Competenze

• Fluent English and Spanish for daily interaction.
• Valid drivers license and own car for local travel.
• Based in or near Marbella and able to work on-site.
• Full availability for the event dates, prep and wrap-up.
• Strongly organized, punctual and able to multitask.
• Professional, polished and approachable with guests.

Mansioni

• Run the welcome and reception desk, greeting clients, speakers and attendees.
• Prepare and distribute welcome kits, merchandise and event documentation.
• Support local transport and transfers for attendees.
• Act as a communication link between internal team, vendors and guests.
• Help with setup and smooth running of the awards ceremony.
• Stay flexible and handle day-to-day tasks during a live event.
