Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead HTA strategy and evidence generation for UK HTA submissions, working on dossiers and strategic support to maximise market access. The role spans global HTA projects and cross-country initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage business development, guide senior teams, and mentor junior members while collaborating with internal IQVIA teams and external clients across Spain.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree level education or higher from a relevant discipline and at least 4 years of experience.
• Demonstrable commercial awareness and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Project management experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail; strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the HTA team and offerings with senior leadership.
• Manage business development and client relationships to meet goals.
• Direct HTA project strategy, especially UK HTA processes and requirements.
• Oversee dossier development and submission support for UK HTA agencies.
• Mentor and train junior HTA specialists; collaborate across IQVIA teams.
• Engage with pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device clients on HTA strategy.
