Allianz Services is seeking an Auditor - Data, Analytics & AI to provide independent assurance and advisory activities across risk management, controls, and technology-enabled operations. You will embed data analytics, automation, and AI capabilities throughout audits from planning to remediation follow-ups, leveraging SQL, Python, R and BI tools.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in internal or external audit, risk management, IT audit, or data analytics.
• Experience using data analytics, visualization, automation, or AI-enabled tools to support audit testing and risk assessment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support risk-based audit planning by defining scope, identifying key risks, and determining relevant data sources, analytics opportunities, and AI use cases.
• Execute audit procedures in line with Global Audit methodology, IIA Standards, internal policies, and applicable data, technology, and AI governance expectations.
• Design reusable analytics assets, AI-enabled audit practices, and ensure continuous improvement within the audit team.
• Design and perform data-driven testing, including data quality checks, full-population analysis, exception testing, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis.
• Use analytics, automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled techniques across audit preparation, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
• Assess business processes, systems, data flows, automated controls, models, and internal controls for design and operating effectiveness.
• Document audit work clearly, prepare findings and recommendations, and communicate audit results and data insights to stakeholders.
• Validate remediation progress using data, analytics, and evidence-based follow-up, supporting the assessment of sustainability and effectiveness.
