Allianz Barcelona seeks a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of data analytics and platform projects. You will translate business needs into actionable tech deliverables, coordinate across geographically distributed teams, and collaborate with Senior Engineers and Architects to align with the three-year roadmap.

You will lead governance, risk management, and agile ceremonies while mentoring junior PMs, ensuring alignment with DAP initiatives and stakeholders across Allianz.

Formación

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical project management delivering cross-functional tech projects.
• 1+ years contributing to system design/architecture discussions in data/AI/platform contexts.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering collaboration.
• Experience with Python or SQL at a practical level.
• Experience with end-to-end Data Product Management including governance and lifecycle.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management; familiarity with SAFe/ Scrum.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data, analytics, and AI platform projects.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers on design, performance, and scalability decisions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination across distributed teams.
• Define and maintain project governance, risk, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers and support career development.
