Twitch Interactive Spain, S.L.U. in Madrid is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to support creators across recruitment, account management and community engagement within the Twitch Partner Program.

You will manage a portfolio of Partners, provide guidance on products and policies, document interactions in Salesforce, contribute to events and cross‑functional initiatives, and drive creator success through data‑driven insights.

Formación

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in client/partner management or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit high-potential creators and onboard them with analytics and monetization basics.
• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Twitch Partners and guide them on products and policies.
• Document creator interactions and portfolio data in Salesforce.
• Support planning and execution of IRL events to deepen creator relationships.
• Provide data-driven reports on creator performance and engagement.
