TikTok is seeking an Agency Management Project Intern for TikTok Shop in Madrid, starting in 2026. You will help grow creator partnerships, manage community channels, and support campaign activities while learning in a fast-paced global environment.

The role requires pursuing BS/MS, fluent English, Spanish or Chinese, strong communication, and a proactive, owner mindset. You will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce partnerships, livestream operations, and data-driven analysis.

Formación

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, to communicate with agency partners and internal teams.
• Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is required for collaboration with partners and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and proactive mindset to drive tasks forward independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, structure problems and develop solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own increasing the number of creators and creator agency partnerships with key results.
• Manage community channels and creator education via group chats and other tools.
• Communicate effectively with creators; provide daily support with a user-driven mindset.
• Assist in conducting and tracking creator campaigns; analyze performance trends and derive insights.
• Support OBS livestream operations, production, and camera-work for top creators and celebs.
• Support campaign and promotional activities.
