TikTok LIVE Operations in Madrid is seeking a proactive LIVE Agency Operations Manager to build long-term relationships with local agencies, MCNs and organisations focused on live-streaming.

You will manage cross-functional projects, develop policies and contracts, guide the agency portfolio on education and services, and provide strategic guidance on content variety and quality. Fluency in Spanish and English is required in this high-growth environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 4+ years experience related to live-streaming or entertainment
• Fluent in Spanish and English to manage Spanish speaking creators
• Professional, patient and skillful communicator
• Result-oriented with strong data analysis skills

Responsabilidades

• Identify and establish potential cooperations with agencies, MCNs and organisations focusing on live-streaming
• Manage internal and cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystem
• Support the creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools and terms for agencies
• Guide the existing agency portfolio across operational topics such as education, training and shared services
• Provide strategic guidance to agencies on content variety and quality
