Twitch, the world’s biggest live streaming service, is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager in Madrid to support creators across the Twitch Partner program. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, account management, and community engagement for creators globally.

In this role you’ll balance analytical thinking with relationship management, working with cross-functional teams and reporting into the Director of Global Spanish Partnerships. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in client/partner management, content acquisition, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in relationship management and business development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Creator Recruitment and onboarding for new Twitch Partners.
• Manage a portfolio of Twitch Partners; guide on products, policies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce documentation; log partner feedback for product insights.
• Plan and execute IRL events; engage with partner communities across platforms.
• Generate reports on creator performance and engagement; collaborate cross-functionally.
