Job summary

Twitch, part of Amazon, Madrid-based, seeks a Strategic Partner Manager to support creators across the Partner program. You will recruit, onboard, and manage creators while driving engagement and growth, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to strengthen partner success.

You will maintain communications, log partner feedback, and help plan IRL events, ensuring a thriving creator ecosystem across platforms.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• 3+ years in client/partner management or related fields.
• Proven relationship management and business development experience.
• Analytical thinker capable of data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard high-potential creators to Twitch.
• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Partners.
• Provide guidance on products, policies, and best practices.
• Document interactions and portfolio data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and plan events.
