TikTok is seeking an energetic operations professional in Madrid to grow and nurture creators, driving core GMV targets and expanding the creator ecosystem on our eCommerce platform.

You will design quarterly and monthly operation plans, coordinate with brands and sellers, and deliver trainings and policy enablement to boost creator growth while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; fast learner with hands-on mindset.

Responsabilités

• Grow and nurture creators via one-to-one and community-wide management; directly responsible for core GMV target.
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to boost growth and earning potential on the eCommerce Platform.
• Design and implement internal learning programs and policy enablement for creators; translate insights into external initiatives.
• Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators for healthy platform growth.
• Execute ad hoc creator projects ensuring collaboration across stakeholders while unlocking value for creators.
