Job summary

TikTok Spain is seeking a strategic Campaign Manager for LIVE to own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, translating market insights into measurable growth. You will drive data-driven campaigns and optimize initiatives across the Spanish creator ecosystem.

You’ll collaborate with Creator Operations, Agency Operations, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to implement scalable campaign mechanics and achieve monetization growth for diverse creators and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate data into action.
• Experience in campaign strategy, growth operations, or digital marketing.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven LIVE campaign strategies tailored to creator tiers.
• Analyze creator behavior, campaign performance, and revenue trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay aligned with the Spanish creator, agency, and digital marketing ecosystem.
• Design and test innovative campaign mechanics and incentives to increase participation and monetization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and communicate recommendations.
