Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Spain seeks a Category Manager to set the strategic category agenda for Snacks, Beverages & Gazpacho for key Modern Trade customers. This maternity leave cover contract is 6 months, with potential for a further extension.

You will translate PepsiCo's priorities into customer-specific strategies, build long-term relationships, and drive measurable category growth through insights and flawless execution of category projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Minimum 8 years in catman, trade marketing, insights, marketing or sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic category management projects to grow category space and opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and present category plans, reviews and opportunities.
• Develop category recommendations to drive sales and profitability with customer-specific insights.
• Track KPIs and apply corrective actions to sustain growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Insights and Marketing to align strategies and executions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
