PepsiCo seeks a People Business Partner to lead the Madrid office's people agenda, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, and partnering with the Iberia People team to drive engagement and performance.

You will support talent, employee relations, performance management, and organizational health, delivering local and cross-functional HR solutions while strengthening our culture and employee experience in a dynamic European market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in People Business Partnering, Generalist, or Employee Relations roles.
• Solid understanding of Spanish labour legislation and employee relations practices.
• Experience partnering with managers on talent, performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the trusted People Business Partner for the Madrid office, partnering with leaders and employees to support business performance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Main focus: commercial function.
• Lead the local People agenda, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational health.
• Advise and coach managers on people matters, helping them make balanced business decisions while fostering an inclusive, high-performing, and engaging work environment.
• Drive the successful delivery of core HR processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, engagement initiatives, and culture priorities.
• Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence and shared services teams to deliver integrated people solutions and ensure excellent employee support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives, helping leaders and employees navigate change while strengthening business effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Act as the primary People contact for the Madrid location, ensuring the successful implementation of local, sector, and global People priorities while supporting location services and employee experience initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and global stakeholders, while promoting constructive employee and labour relations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Overview

At PepsiCo, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a talented and passionate People Business Partner to join our Iberia People team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience and business success of our Vitoria location.

As the dedicated People Business Partner for the site, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, partnering closely with key stakeholders to deliver people solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will be the primary People contact for the office, balancing strategic business partnering with day to day employee support and location services.

In this role, you will help bring PepsiCo's global and local people agenda to life, ensuring that our talent, culture, and organizational priorities are successfully embedded within the business. You will support leaders in making balanced people decisions, provide guidance on employee matters, and work collaboratively across the broader People team to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

You will also play an important role in strengthening our culture, driving engagement initiatives, supporting the delivery of key talent and Peoole processes, and fostering positive employee and labour relations. This is an exciting opportunity for a People professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and making a tangible impact on both people and business outcomes.

Others:

• Participate actively in People initiatives and transformation projects across West Europe.
• Contribute to the broader West Europe People community and share best practices across markets.
• Support the implementation of EMEA and Global People initiatives within Iberia.
• Provide occasional support to strategic People projects within our Burgos manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a People Business Partnering, Generalist, or Employee Relations role.
• Solid understanding of Spanish labour legislation and employee relations practices.
• Experience partnering with managers on talent, performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to navigate complexity, balance business and people priorities, and provide pragmatic solutions to challenges.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
