Persán, a leading multinational in home and personal care products, seeks a Category Expert in Seville, Spain. You will define product plans, analyze market opportunities, and drive strategic alignment while coordinating across departments and international teams.

The role involves complex project management, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on delivering consumer-focused product solutions with a global impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in consumer goods manufacturing or retail/distribution.
• Strong strategic analysis and project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Define Persán's Product Plan and drive its development and strategic alignment.
• Prepare and defend the Business Plan for projects; redefine when necessary.
• Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality).
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and senior management; ensure quality control.
