BSBI School of Business and Innovation in Madrid is seeking a Senior Careers & Internship Advisor to support the new mandatory internship programme at both Barcelona and Madrid campuses. You will provide career guidance, secure internship opportunities, manage placements, and collaborate with Campus Management, Marketing and Student Services to ensure learning objectives are met.

• Proven experience in career guidance, talent management, student services or recruitment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual career counselling and group career guidance sessions to students and graduates.
• Plan, develop, and deliver high-impact, in-person and hybrid workshops on career development and internship preparation.
• Lead internship coordination, match students with suitable providers, and manage processes and compliance.
