Reed & Mackay is expanding its Congress, Meetings & Events business in Spain and seeking a commercially oriented leader to drive growth. The role centers on identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

You will collaborate with the Navan and Reed & Mackay teams to ensure a seamless client experience and robust revenue growth across Spain's M&E landscape.

Formación

• Proven experience over 5 years in recruitment.
• Ability to identify, develop and close new opportunities.
• Active contact portfolio and strong communication skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel and engage with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth in Congress, Meetings & Events within Spain.
• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities with clients.
• Develop opportunities through prospecting, referrals and marketing actions.
• Build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Collaborate with commercial, account management and operations teams.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Represent Reed & Mackay in meetings, tenders and events.
• Contribute to marketing materials and value propositions.
• Ensure compliant contracting and administrative processes.
• Travel as required to engage clients.
