ByteDance seeks an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join the BytePlus team in Madrid. You will partner with regional sales to qualify client needs, design cloud-native solutions, deliver demos, and lead pre-sales engagements end-to-end.

Collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmaps, support project delivery, and drive upsell opportunities across AI/ML and video cloud offerings. A strong business acumen, cloud experience, and entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
• 5+ years of related work experience in a similar or related field.
• Experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client's pain points and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
• Have experience in building, replicating, and driving market adoption of industry-level Solutions.
• Externally lead the enterprise client engagement lifecycle end-to-end, from pre-sales solutioning to delivering project implementation.
• Internally act as trusted advisor collaborating with multiple product teams and articulate clear feature requests to shape product roadmap.
• Provide Thought Leadership and Industry Knowledge across multiple cloud and ML products.
• Work closely with product teams to close PMF gaps and drive product development roadmaps.
• Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell with Account Executives.
