Sapira Partners in Madrid is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge technical and commercial teams, demonstrating PHARO's multi-agent platform and addressing customers' operational needs with clear, practical demonstrations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to shape GTM strategy, help customers adopt our AI-powered workflow solutions, and guide complex evaluations with executives and technical leaders.

Formación

• 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering or related.
• Demo building and presenting experience with customers.
• Ability to translate Sapira's solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• GTM technical expert. Design and demo PHARO's multi-agent product to solve customers' operational needs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Engineering to improve PHARO and drive GTM success.
• Lead and support customers as a GTM and technical leader in early conversations with prospects.
