Publicis Groupe in Madrid is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the AI Platforms team, shaping next‑generation products powered by Generative AI and cloud technologies.

You will design full‑stack apps with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python, mentor juniors, and influence architecture and engineering practices. This hands‑on role spans data platforms, APIs, CI/CD, and security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript and modern full‑stack development.
• Experience with React and Next.js.
• Backend services using Python/Node.js.
• REST APIs and event‑driven architectures.
• Relational DBs like PostgreSQL; BigQuery.
• Git workflows and code reviews.
• Mentoring and technical leadership.
• Clean Code, SOLID, testing strategies.
• B2 English level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full‑stack apps using TS, React, Next.js, Python.
• Build AI‑powered products leveraging LLMs and cloud‑native architectures.
• Design scalable APIs, backend services, and integrations.
• Develop systems for conversational AI and orchestration workflows.
• Work with data platforms (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Lead architectural decisions and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, AI specialists, product owners.
• Contribute to CI/CD, cloud infra, observability, security, and reliability.
• Drive quality via automated tests and monitoring.
