Salesforce is seeking a results-driven account executive to grow existing customers on the Agentforce Service platform across Contact Center, ITSM and HR Service. You will focus on upsell and cross-sell opportunities while building strong, value-driven relationships.

You will uncover customer objectives through discovery, craft compelling proposals, and align internal teams to deliver long-term success. AI-enabled agents will support faster resolution and higher satisfaction.

Formación

• Proven success in quota-carrying, tech-solution sales.
• Experience selling Contact Center, ITSM, HR Service software.
• Strong discovery and solutioning to build account plans around upsell.
• Clear communicator across writing, speaking and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute account plans to retain and grow ACV with current customers.
• Run discovery to understand processes, objectives and goals, translate into use cases.
• Craft and present compelling value across Agentforce and Service Cloud stack.
• Align account teams and ecosystems to move deals forward and ensure long-term success.
