Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the Agentforce Service team in Madrid. You will drive growth with existing customers, uncover business objectives through discovery, and translate them into compelling use cases and value hypotheses.

You’ll present value propositions across the Agentforce and Service Cloud stack, coordinating with cross-functional teams to close deals and ensure customer success.

Formación

• Must have a proven track record of quota attainment in software sales.
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts and complex deals.
• Ability to build value propositions and move deals through adoption of AI-enabled services.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute account plans to retain and grow ACV with existing customers.
• Lead discovery to uncover business objectives and translate them into use cases and value hypotheses.
• Craft compelling value propositions across Agentforce Service and related Cloud stack.
• Align account teams and partners to progress deals and ensure long-term customer success.
