Capgemini is seeking a senior AI Growth Leader Europe to drive AI transformation initiatives across strategic accounts. You will own executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders, shape multi-year AI roadmaps, and lead go-to-market efforts for AI in your country, coordinating with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Databricks.

You will report to the VP AI Growth Leader Europe and collaborate with delivery teams, partners, and business lines to turn strategic opportunities into long-term

Formación

• Extensive experience in AI, data, or technology consulting /professional services.
• Track record of building trusted C-suite relationships (CAIO, CDO, CTO, CIO).
• Experience leading large strategic deals where you shaped the vision, not just responded to RFPs.
• Ability to discuss GenAI, agentic AI, MLOps, and data platforms credibly with technical and business buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Own executive relationships with strategic accounts in your country.
• Run AI strategy workshops and maturity assessments with C-suite stakeholders.
• Co‑develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned to customer business outcomes.
• Coordinate joint pursuits and co‑investment with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks.
• Influence Capgemini's AI vision and assets and feed customer insights back to product teams.
• Close deals as a function of trusted relationships and long‑term partnerships.
