Amazon is seeking an EMEA GTM Senior BDM to accelerate Generative AI adoption for enterprise customers across EMEA. You will drive AI transformation, translate business needs into GenAI use cases, and orchestrate cross‑functional teams to production deployments.

You will engage with C‑suite stakeholders, shape go‑to‑market strategies, and build scalable AI deployment programs across multiple countries and industries.

Formación

• 10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales experience in technology.
• 5+ years in one or more priority industries: Financial Services, Software & Internet.
• Demonstrated track record of engaging C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders in strategic technology and AI conversations.
• Experience translating complex business challenges into actionable technology roadmaps and orchestrating cross‑functional delivery.
• Experience working across multiple organizations and countries to deliver results in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Experience leading complex, multi‑year initiatives that span business and technology across enterprise customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the AI engagement lifecycle across a portfolio of strategic Surge accounts—from opportunity identification to production deployment.
• Lead customer engagements at the C-suite and Line-of-Business level; translate industry challenges into GenAI use cases.
• Build relationships with executives, not just IT, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partners.
• Represent AWS at industry events and contribute to POVs, executive briefs, and demos.
• Sustain executive relationship continuity through qualification to production launch.
• Create scalable AI deployment motions and governance across multiple countries.
