Super is expanding across Europe and Latin America and seeks an AI Programme Manager to govern AI initiatives from finance operations to data engineering. You will manage a portfolio of internal AI use cases, scale multi-agent architectures, and nurture a network of AI Champions.

The role requires 5+ years in PM with AI projects, strong knowledge of Generative AI patterns, and experience with cloud data platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake.

Formación

• 5+ years in Project/Programme Management with data/AI initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI patterns: LLMs, RAG & multi-agent frameworks.
• Solid understanding of cloud data architectures (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake).
• Ability to map user journeys and translate into technical specs for engineers.
• Outstanding communication in matrix organisations & driving change.
• Certified Agile PM (Scrum Master, PMP or equivalent).
• Analytical approach to bottlenecks, risks and tech debt.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee scoping, development, testing and deployment of in-house AI tools and workflows.
• Partner with Data Engineering (Microsoft Fabric/Snowflake) and Business Applications teams to deliver data pipelines and secure asynchronous data drops.
• Operationalise and maintain the AI Idea-Validation Matrix to score and prioritise use cases.
• Conduct process reviews and process-mining to ensure AI is applied to sound processes and compliant with data governance and GDPR.
• Manage and orchestrate the internal Finance AI Champions network across hubs.
• Define and embed a structured way of working for AI adoption, including activation activities and workshops.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical regional financial leaders and design automated routing logic for exceptions.
