Visium seeks an AI Engineering Director to lead strategic AI and data programs across key enterprise accounts, interfacing with senior clients and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact engagements.

You will drive account growth, oversee complex AI transformations, and advise senior stakeholders across R&D, Digital, and Innovation. The role combines AI depth with consulting delivery, leadership, and ownership.

Formación

• Strong academic background in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end AI or data transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong technical credibility with hands-on understanding of AI/ML systems and delivery at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow strategic accounts across key Specialty Chemicals players, identifying opportunities to expand engagement scope and convert pipeline into long-term partnerships.
• Oversee complex AI transformations and ensure measurable impact across R&D, Digital, and Innovation teams.
• Provide hands-on technical and strategic guidance to delivery teams, resolving blockers and safeguarding outcomes.
• Mentor and develop consultants and engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Contribute to the evolution of Visium’s Specialty Chemicals strategy and market positioning.
